The 2021-2029 Housing Element amends the Simi Valley General Plan to update the Housing Element for the 2021-2029 planning period to meet the requirements of State Housing Element Law. A Mitigated Negative Declaration and Mitigation Monitoring Plan was approved for the update on October 25, 2021, and since adoption of the Housing Element in October 2021 only minor changes have been incorporated to reflect changes in State Housing Element Law.
